Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery coverage

We deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Shipping cost

• Shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
• Free shipping on orders over EGP 5,000.

Delivery time

Our products ship from international supplier warehouses, so estimated delivery is 14–28 business days from order confirmation. We keep you updated on your shipment, and notify you immediately of any delay beyond our control.

Receiving your order

• Please inspect the parcel on delivery and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
• If delivery fails after two contact attempts, the order returns to us and we will contact you to reschedule.
